As we run a dropshipping business, shipping methods are mainly according to the vendors’ available methods. We offer Standard Shipping as our default based on the delivery location and quantity of purchased items. 

If you desire to receive the products with Express Shipping Services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, …, we could offer available services by the vendor and the extra cost will be charged on your checkout.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers after a twelve-hour wait period (pending time) to take effect any probable changes in your order such as address, quantities, colors, items, etc. 

Our vendors usually prepare the order to be shipped in 1-6 days. This time includes all tailoring, quality check, and packaging process by the supplier. Please note that weekends are not included in production time, and all the mentioned days are business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers to the destination. As our default shipping method is Standard Shipping, depending on the destination location it will be different. 

• For destinations located in the US & Canada, it takes 10-16 business days (after processing time)
• For destinations located in Northern Europe except Iceland & Greenland, it usually takes 16-21 business days
• For destinations located in Southern Europe including Turkey, it usually takes 12-17 business days
• For destinations located in Western Europe, it usually takes  10-17 business days
• For Iceland, based on the weather it may takes 21-35 business days

Please note that the mentioned shipping times are based on Standard Shipping method, and there is the possibility of Express Shipping with other services in a faster time frame, but the extra fee will be charged on the checkout.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination, quantity of the  purchased products, and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping rates for different parts of Europe and North America per item purchased are listed below:

• US & Canada: $10 USD
• Western Europe: $10 USD
• Northern Europe: $15 USD
• Southern Europe: $15 USD
• Iceland: $20 USD

Please note that these rates are for Standard Shipping method.

If the shipping destination of your ordered products are within certain US territories, they will also have different pricing and shipping time. These US territories include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

If an order includes products from multiple vendors (e.g. your order contains a mug and a canvas), you will be charged for separated packages, as they are being shipped from separated locations.

Tax: 

• Canadian Sales Tax: For customers in Canada,Canadian sales tax (GST/HST) will be charged in the checkout. The rate depends on the customer's location within Canada and the specific provincial tax rates.

• Import Duties and Taxes: The international customers are responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or customs fees when the products arrive in their country. These fees vary based on the customer’s local tax regulations.

• Customer's Local Taxes: The international customers will be subject to their country's local taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST), when receiving products. The responsibility for paying these taxes falls on the customer. It's essential to be aware of this and check your local tax regulations.
