How much is the shipping fee?

We offer Standard Shipping as our default based on the delivery location and quantity of purchased items. 

At certain times, there will be discounts and special promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter and always be updated with our promotions and discounts on our various social media platforms.

When will my order arrive?

The time frame divides in two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time. Processing time includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. We usually prepare the order to be shipped in 1-6 days.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to the destination. As our default shipping method is Standard Shipping, depending on the destination location it will be different. 

  • For destinations located in the US & Canada, it takes 10-16 business days (after processing time)
  • For destinations located in Northern Europe except Iceland & Greenland, it usually takes 16-21 business days
  • For destinations located in Southern Europe including Turkey, it usually takes 12-17 business days
  • For destinations located in Western Europe, it usually takes  10-17 business days
  • For Iceland, based on the weather it may takes 21-35 business days

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

We cannot make any cancellations for any orders after your order has reached production (after 12 hours). This is due to the nature of creating customized products, once it has reached this step in the process. We typically begin production of your item within 12 hours of your order being submitted.

Do you have a return policy?

At Basement Shop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to provide you with peace of mind.


  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.


  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and gift cards.
