Return & Refund Policy

At Basement shop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. 

  • YOU CAN RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY. 
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@basementshop.net to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  3. Inspection and Refund:  Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is completed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@basementshop.net  with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@basementshop.net.
